Hi! We are Uriah and Katie
And we built this company, The Inspiring Investment, to create opportunities in real estate so people just like you can meet your investment goals, along with our own. Our vision is to create 1000 housing units in the next 7 years. We aim to provide a quality investing experience and are always seeking to connect with other successful individuals who share our values and interests in the North Carolina real estate market.
Tired of the Cycle?
Eat. Sleep. Work. Repeat. – meanwhile your savings account creeps along at the market rate? In the meantime, they hustle at work, save the most they can, but end up sacrificing the margin required for meaningful relationships, generosity, and rest. Something is missing.
What if it didn’t have to be that way?
We may be biased, but we believe real estate investing could be a big missing piece of the puzzle.
What if you could carve a path of long-term wealth by taking calculated risks in physical assets with a company you trust? What if you optimized how your money works for you – and all while keeping your day job, taking that vacation, and create margin for what is important?
