About The Job:

The Communication & Marketing role will support the vision and objectives across all wings of the company. We are looking for someone who is competent in the real estate investing world or willing to become competent. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to help us communicate with excellence online through our websites, email and social media. This a part time role that will support our marketing strategy. It will likely move to a full time position as business grows and has potential to be flexible to allow for some work-at-home.

Experience Requirements for the Communication & Marketing Assistant

2+ years of working experience as a communications or marketing

  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • High School Diploma
  • Access to high speed internet and a computer 
  • Proficient in Google Docs/Sheets 
  • WordPress

Communications Assistant Tasks & Job Duties

  • Assist with content planning
  • Copy editing
  • Content writing + coordination with copywriters on occasion
  • Compiling property presentations & project updates for lenders
  • Email content & newsletters
  • Keyword research, link building, SEO, & optimization
  • Prepare and publish articles on WordPress site 
  • Creating graphics and visuals in Canva
  • Assist with website updates
  • Prepare slide decks
  • Some video content editing for social media
  • Create marketing content for real estate listings
